Asus listed two new models of the handset on its France website called the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie ZD553KL and Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro ZD552KL. The regular variant measures 155.66×75.9×7.85mm and weighs 144 grams and the Pro variant measures 154.02×74.83x7mm and weighs 145 grams.
As like its name, both smartphones come with dual cameras at the front for best selfies. The ZenFone 4 Selfie comes with a 20-megapixel sensor and another 8-megapixel sensor at the front of the handset. The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro sports dual camera setup at front with a 24-megapixel sensor and another 5-megapixel sensor. At the rear end, both new Asus smartphones feature 16-megapixel cameras.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie features a 5.5-inch HD LCD display with 720×1280 pixels resolutions and the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie pro sports 5.5-inch full-HD Super AMOLED display with 1080×1920 pixels resolutions. Both the dual-SIM (Nano+Micro) Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie and the ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro run Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box.
The ZenFone 4 Selfie is powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor with 4GB of RAM and the ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor at 2.0GHz with 4GB of RAM. Both handsets come with 64GB of built-in storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB in a dedicated slot.
Asus both new smartphones fueled by 3000mAh batteries. Other features of the smartphones include 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, and a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button at front.
The ZenFone 4 Selfie will be available for purchase at EUR 299.99 and the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro has been priced at EUR 399.99.
