Micromax launched its Selfie 2 smartphone in India. The highlighted features of the Micromax Selfie 2 is its front camera setup with a soft flash.
The Micromax Selfie 2 features a 5.2-inch HD display with 720×1280 pixels screen resolutions and 2.5D curved glass protection. it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. The Selfie 2 is powered by the 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 Processor with 3GB of DDR3 RAM. It comes with 32GB Inbuilt storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot up to 64GB.
The Micromax Selfie 2 focused feature is its front camera. It has an 8-megapixel Sony IM135 sensor with a soft flash and f/2.0 aperture. The front camera other features include real-time bokeh effect, a wide angle lens, face beauty mode and one touch shot.
Its rear is 13-megapixel with LED flash support and f/2.0 aperture. the rear camera other features include auto scene detection, super pixel, and panorama. The Micromax Selfie 2 also comes with Gallery 4.0 which uses image and facial recognition technologies to allow users to search for photos in the gallery by recognising a person’s face.
The dual-SIM Micromax Selfie 2 is powered by a 3000mAh battery that delivers 250 hours of standby time, 11 hours of talk time, and 22 hours of music playback. Other features of the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi support.
The smartphone is priced at Rs. 9,999 in India and will be made available in all major retail stores from August 1.
